Did you watch the movie? Spoils -- amoxy (aka "amoxy"), Jul 30, 22:42 | She was originally in a deep sleeper cell, where she was brainwashed from very young childhood in Russia.
She then grew up in America, went to work for the CIA and became an American Spy.
She was supposed to be activated decades after she got to America but spoiled the plans when she fell in love.
I guess technically she was an American agent, but caused so much damage and killed a lot of Americans that I don't know what she was
